Bechtel's Renewables and Clean Power business line is hiring for a large-scale power generation project in Pecos, TX. The project is being developed to support growing energy demand driven by data centers, AI, and digital technologies, with Bechtel leading early development activities ahead of full EPC execution.This project offers comprehensive incentives and first class accommodations.

Many ways to earn incentives.

Daily Incentives:

Attendance Incentive:
$40 per day worked Attendance Incentive (must work full scheduled shift and not exceed 10 hours of RTO in the work week to be eligible).

Attendance Support Incentive:
$20 per day worked to offset requirements of Project-directed transportation (must work full scheduled shift and not exceed 10 hours of RTO in the work week to be eligible).

Rotation Based Incentives:

Rotation-based Mileage Reimbursement:
$0.725 per mile reimbursement (up to $1,000 round trip) for costs associated with travel to and from the Workforce Hub during scheduled rotations. Paid upon on-time return from rotational leave.
Rotation Completion Incentive:
$30 per day worked earned from the previous working rotation – paid as a lump sum upon on-time return from rotational leave.
Rotation Return Incentive:
Employees earn 40 hours at their straight time hourly rate during scheduled rotational leave – paid upon on-time return from rotational leave.

Incentives available to all Craft Professionals at Bechtel Construction Services:

Experience Incentive:
+$1.00 per hour (+$1.50 OT) wage increase after 12 months of service with Bechtel.

Retention Incentive:
Employees accumulate a bonus per hour worked on the Project if they remain employed until Reduction of Force (ROF). Incentive is calculated at $1.00 / hour up to 1 year, $2.00 / hour from 1-2years, and is capped at $3.00 / hour from 2 years and beyond. Percentages of the bonus will be paid twice annually to encourage employees to keep accumulating their incentive.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
All employees accrue up to 40 hours of PTO per year.

Skills Incentive:
Foremen and General Foremen earn +$1.00 / hour for passing either an NCCER Written Certification or Performance Verification, or +$2.00 / hour for passing both, within their trade.

Rigger+ Certification:
Non‑Rigger Craft Professionals can earn extra hourly pay by completing NCCER Rigger Certification: +$0.50 / hour for Intermediate or +$1.00 / hour for Advanced.
